Hotel Bookings Closed & Late Memberships
Hotel booking through the LexiCon site is now closed and the Suncourt is fully booked for the convention weekend. If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact us. Any cancellation requests must be received 5 days before the convention for your deposit to be refunded.
Still need accommodation? There are plenty of options close by; check out our recommendations.
We will be closing our standard membership signup process on 23rd May so we can be sure all memberships are paid and that we have enough conbooks and conpacks - not to mention chairs! - for everyone. We do plan to have a process for accepting late memberships, subject to capacity, but if you have friends or family interested in attending we strongly recommend they sign up before the 23rd.
