Before we head off home, we just want to say a huge thank you to all of you who helped make this weekend awesome! Even in our sleep deprived hazes, we had an amazing time, and hope you did to. We saw thoughtful discussions, some pretty weird humour, friendships being made, projects being planned, reading recommendations being exchanged, and some serious goodwill and generosity - and that's what makes a con!
Particular thanks to our Guests of Honour, Seanan McGuire, John Toon, and Orville - you were all amazing and we were privileged to have you with us this weekend.
We're back to the real world and our dayjobs and families (not to mention a long week of apologising to our entitled cats, no doubt) but we'll be in touch with final updates over the coming weeks, including the total amounts raised for Rainbow Youth and SFFANZ.
Congratulations to GeyserCon for winning the bid to be the 2019 natcon. We'll let you know when they open for memberships, and hope to see you there.
